Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary by location.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email info@uroojmart.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.
